UNAM moved five points clear at the top of the log after their closest rivals, Wanderers suffered their first defeat of the season on Saturday.
Unam comfortably beat Rehoboth 43-14, but Wanderers suffered a 25-17 home defeat to Western Suburbs in a thrilling match at the Wanderers ground in Pionierspark.
United, meanwhile, moved up to third position with a 48-31 victory against Walvis Bay, while Kudus moved up to fifth place after beating Reho Falcon 22-15.
At the Unam field, Rehoboth did well to match the defending champions in the first half, with Unam holding a slight 15-8 lead going into the break.
Unam, however, stepped up a gear in the second half and eventually ran in six tries to complete a comfortable victory.
Unam's try scorers were right wing Silvano Beukes, centre Milaan van Wyk, left wing Sunday Haitembu, scrum half Cameron Classen, eighth man Bradley Klazen and flanker Renaud van Neel.
Centre Denver Murorua added five conversions and fly half Rodney Coetzee a drop goal.
For Rehoboth, right wing Julian Afrikaner scored a try, while centre Chase Diergaardt added two penalties and fly half Serge Loock one penalty.
At the Wanderers field, Western Suburbs gave a great defensive display to beat Wanderers 25-17.
Wanderers dominated the forward exchanges, with their big pack pushing Suburbs back at will in the scrums, but Suburbs defended heroically, while they made great use of the little possession that came their way.
